How to use them
Prepare: wash your hands and fill the syringe with saline solution based on your child's age (see the calculator below).
Position your child: little ones lying on their side, older kids sitting up and leaning forward.
Rinse gently: place the soft tip just inside the upper nostril and slowly press the plunger. Repeat on the other side.
Clean: wash the syringe in warm, soapy water using the included brush, then let it air dry.
